Autumn Poppies

I knew it was possible to find poppies in the autumn, and sometimes in the winter… but I had yet to see them, until one day I was driving and I past a field which was bright red!

All you have to do is imagine a SUPER excited child who has had a lot of sugar – yes, that was me.

So I grabbed my camera and these photographs are the result of my find!

All of the photographs were processed, as usual, in Lightroom 3.

I used my Autumn Lightroom Preset, Vibrant Colours Lightroom Preset which is absolutely perfect for this time of year, the light and the colours:
